What is Arcane VR Arena?
Arcane VR Arena is an immersive VR experience center where you can explore interactive worlds, play team-based games, and enjoy free-roam sessions. Our team guides you from start to finish, so you can focus on having fun.
Where are you located?
We are located on the first floor of Eden Mall on the Caracasbaaiweg 280, Curaçao.
Do I need experience with VR?
No. Our staff provides a clear introduction and helps you get comfortable with the headset and controls before the session begins.
How do bookings work?
You can book a session in advance for individuals or groups. We recommend booking ahead during weekends and holidays to secure your preferred time slot.
What should I arrive with, and how early?
Please arrive 10 minutes early for check-in, briefing, and headset fitting. Wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes if possible.
Is VR safe? What about motion sickness?
VR is generally safe when used as instructed. If you are prone to motion sickness, tell us before you start—our team can recommend experiences that minimize discomfort. You can pause or stop at any time.
Tip: Stay hydrated, avoid heavy meals right before your session, and focus on steady breathing if you feel uneasy.
What ages can participate?
Most experiences are suitable for kids, teens, and adults. For the best fit and comfort, we recommend VR for children who can comfortably wear the headset and follow instructions. If you share the child’s age at booking, we can advise the best options.
How many people can play at once?
We can host up to 16 people in the arena at the same time
Can you host birthdays, corporate events, or team building?
Yes. We offer group packages for birthdays, corporate events, and team building. Tell us your group size, preferred date/time, and the vibe you want (competitive, cooperative, casual), and we will propose a session plan.
Do you have rules for hygiene and cleaning?
Yes. Headsets and controllers are cleaned between sessions. We can also provide disposable hair covers on request.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
We recommend sharing a clear cancellation/rescheduling policy on your booking channel. A common approach is allowing free rescheduling up to 24 hours before the session, with later changes handled case-by-case.
Can I wear glasses with the headset?
In many cases, yes. If your frames are very large, comfort may vary. Let our team know at check-in so we can help fit the headset securely.
Is the experience suitable for tourists?
Absolutely. Arcane VR Arena is a great indoor activity for couples, families, and groups—especially on hot days or rainy afternoons.
